Global Ground Support wins $8.1m contract from City of Charlotte
Global Ground Support has been awarded a $8.1m contract from the City of Charlotte, North Carolina to supply UltimateONE 2200 Extended Reach (XR) aircraft deicers.
The first order under this 3-year contract was received on October 4, 2022 for $2.4 million with an expected completion mid-2023.
The deicers will have a working height of 57 feet and will be equipped with Global’s Single Operator System and AirPlus forced air technology.
