Marhaba has opened another airport lounge in Manila in the Philippines, offering services to passengers at Ninoy Aquino International airport.

The marhaba brand is part of ground handling company dnata. In addition to its facilities in Dubai, Melbourne, Karachi and Singapore, this latest expansion takes the number of countries served by the airport hospitality brand to six, with a team of over 800 customer-oriented employees globally.

Located at Terminal 1, the newest marhaba lounge features comfortable seating for over 85 guests, a prayer room, a private meeting room and shower facilities. It is open 24 hours a day and offers Wi-Fi and all-day dining with an international cuisine catering to a wide range of dietary and ethnic requirements. A team of 30 staff, speaking five languages, is on hand to provide assistance for customers.

marhaba has implemented a number of measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of customers and staff. The lounge offers contactless payment options and undergoes frequent cleaning and sanitisation. The lounge staff have been thoroughly trained on health and safety protocols, wear masks and follow social distancing guidelines while serving passengers.

Passengers of all airlines and travel classes can make online bookings or pay for access on the door. The lounge is also available for members of several airport lounge programmes.

Wow! This is great news for the anxious and weary air travellers, especially during this pandemic. Despite its unprecedented challenges, life goes on for the air industry,... taken to a higher level. Kudos MARHABA ! And indeed WELCOME ! ????
Recently visited your lounge after finding out that my airline Philippine Air had no open lounge after I was advised online it was open. I walked past your lounge and was greeted by very friendly staff who when questioned by me advised I was welcome to use the lounge for a small fee. I was very pleased to agree, as I had a three hour wait for my departure. I found the lounge to be very comfortable with pleasing staff and good food. I want to thank your staff for a very pleasing experience . I would certainly use again when traveling thru the area again.
