Safety Videos

In June 2015 a special ground handling operation was filmed for training purposes. This special film contains deliberate errors and safety infringements. The filming in this short video was carried out under a highly controlled environment and is not reflective of normal operations. Ground Handling International would like to thank Virgin Atlantic Airways, dnata, Heathrow Airport Ltd and Gate Gourmet for the support and willingness to assist in this important safety initiative.

There are two videos that are available to be downloaded. The first is the entire film of the turnaround. The second is the same footage but each error has been highlighted for training purposes.
